?Is the killing of the reverted from Islam is the sentencing judgement


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon all prophets of Allah and His messengers and their righteous virtuous families and the followers to them with goodness till judgement day, after this..

O community scholars of the nation whom they issued fatwa in killing the reverted from the religion of Islam, verily you are liars! Indeed there is no compulsion in religion and let be whoever wills to believer and let be whoever wills to disbelieve. Come for we look at Allah’s judgement in this issue in the decisive Book surely you will find that Allah gives you fatwa: If one woman from disbelieving people then she believed in the religion of Islam and she emigrated to the believers then one of the believers married her, then she went back to disbelief once again surely Allah has judged that she should be to the disbelievers and you have the right to ask what you have spent (as dowry), as well the woman that she believes in Allah’s religion then she emigrates to the believers verily the disbelievers have the right to ask the believers what they spent, then one of the believers marries her to the fact the wife of the disbeliever if she believed her disbelieving husband is not lawful for her after her belief, and the one of the believers who will marry her have to pay what the disbeliever spent on the dowry of his wife previously, and as that Allah commanded the believers that whoever she converted from Islam to not hold on the ties of the disbelieving women, and he has to divorce her and to return her to the disbelievers and to ask what he spent on her of dowry, surely that is Allah’s judgement between you in His decisive Book, and Allah did not command you in killing the reverted to disbelief after the belief, surely that is the True explanatory-statement in the word of Allah the Most High: {O you who believe, when believing women come to you fleeing, examine them. Allah knows best their faith. Then if you know them to be believers send them not back to the disbelievers. Neither are these (women) lawful for them, nor are those (men) lawful for them. And give them what they have spent; and there is no blame on you in marrying them, when you give them their dowries. And hold not to the ties of marriage of disbelieving women, and ask for what you have spent, and let them ask for what they have spent. That is Allah’s judgment; He judges between you. And Allah is Knowing, Wise.(10) And if any part (of the dowries) of your wives has passed away from you to the disbelievers, then your turn comes, give to those whose wives have gone away the like of what they have spent, and keep your duty to Allah in Whom you believe.(11)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mumtahanah] 60:10-11
{يا أيّها الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا جَاءكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ مُهَاجِرَاتٍ فَامْتَحِنُوهُنَّ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيمَانِهِنَّ فَإِنْ عَلِمْتُمُوهُنَّ مُؤْمِنَاتٍ فَلَا تَرْجِعُوهُنَّ إِلَى الْكُفَّارِ لَا هُنَّ حِلٌّ لَّهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحِلُّونَ لَهُنَّ وَآتُوهُم مَّا أَنفَقُوا وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ إِذَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَلَا تُمْسِكُوا بِعِصَمِ الْكَوَافِرِ وَاسْأَلُوا مَا أَنفَقْتُمْ وَلْيَسْأَلُوا مَا أَنفَقُوا ذَلِكُمْ حُكْمُ اللَّهِ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ(10) وَإِن فَاتَكُمْ شَيْءٌ مِّنْ أَزْوَاجِكُمْ إِلَى الْكُفَّارِ فَعَاقَبْتُمْ فَآتُوا الَّذِينَ ذَهَبَتْ أَزْوَاجُهُم مِّثْلَ مَا أَنفَقُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذِي أَنتُم بِهِ مُؤْمِنُونَ(11)}
