..The True fatwa to who missed Fajr prayer (at dawn) for some excuse


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon all messengers of Allah and who followed them in good fellowship till the day of judgement, after this..

Surely I say if the doctors got busy with a surgical operation to a patient they want to save his life from (Fajr) dawn till late afternoon (Asr), so it is permissible for them to combine between the three prayers Fajr,Asr and Zuhr, or who slept before (fajr) dawn and did not wake up except at (late afternoon) (Asr prayer) so it is permissible for him to pray Fajr with Asr and Zuhr delayed combination to the fact he is being excused because he was asleep and did not wake up only at Asr in the late-afternoon, surely here is permissible for him to glorify his Lord in doing Fajr prayer when he rises for the fact the sleeping one is being lifted the pen off him. And that is in confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {..And glorify your Lord when you rise.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tour] 52:48
{وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ (48)} صدق الله العظيم [الطور].

An important notice: It is only for who slept throughout this time without a prior intention; but a result of fatigue or stay up at night and exhaustion,so he did not wake up from his sleep except at the time of Asr prayer and he did not pray Fajr because he was asleep despite that he was intending before his sleep to pray Fajr in its known appointed time, but he did not feel in passing of the time of Fajr prayer and Zuhr till Asr, so here permissible for him to pray three obligatory (prayers) combined. As for who previously made an intention by night surely incumbent on him the repentance and asking forgiveness. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And know that Allah knows what is in your minds, so beware of Him; and know that Allah is Forgiving, Forbearing.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:235
{وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي أَنفُسِكُمْ فَاحْذَرُوهُ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٌ (235)} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة].

The prayers are only at a fixed appointed-time. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Prayer indeed has been enjoined on the believers at fixed appointed-time.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:103
{{ إِنَّ الصَّلاَةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَابًا مَّوْقُوتًا }} صدق الله العظيم [النساء:103].

And only the fixed appointed-time like the time of Fajr prayer from the glow till sunrise, and the prayer of Zuhr and Asr advanced combination in the middle of the daylight at the fixed appointed-time for Zuhr prayer, or the fixed appointed-time for Asr and Zuhr as a delayed combination at appointed-time of Asr prayer, and appointed-time of Asr prayer ends with sunset behind the veil. So keep your duty to Allah O possessors of understanding-minds.
