The short reply from the decisive Reminder..
In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds..
My honorable brother, Peace and mercy of Allah and his blessings upon you, and your question is a copy from the explanatory-statement of the Imam Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni as follows in red color:

Then the Imam Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni replies to you with the word of Allah the Most High: {And I have not created the jinn and the mankind except that they should worship Me.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Dharyat] 51:56
The question that arises: To what race lucifer the satan belongs? And the answer you find it in the decisive Book in the word of Allah the Most High: {And when We said to the angels: Make submission to Adam, they submitted except Iblis. He was of the jinn..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Kahf] 18:50
Therefore lucifer is from the servants of Allah, surely Allah did not create him but to worship Allah, Him Alone, no partner for Him, and his example is as the example of jinn the servants of Allah, then Allah in His decisive Book called on to all His servants of jinn and mankind and from every race, all who transgressed[/U] against their souls whatever was their transgression including satans because they are as well from the servants of Allah and not that they are gods besides Him glory be to Him; but as that (satans are) from the servants Allah and the call includes them into Allah’s mercy if they repented and turned close (to Allah) and did not despair from Allah’s mercy surely they shall find for themselves a Lord Forgiving Most Merciful that forgives all the sins whatever it was and whatever abounded, and Allah the Most High did not say O community of jinn who have transgressed against themselves, and did not say O community of mankind; in fact did not specify the race; but Allah made the call includes all the servants of Allah from jinn and mankind and from every race including lucifer the outcast satan to the fact he is from Allah’s servants, and Allah the Most High said: {Say: O My servants who have transgressed against themselves, despair not of the mercy of Allah; surely Allah forgives sins altogether. He is indeed the Forgiving, the Merciful.(53) And turn to your Lord and submit to Him before chastisement comes to you, then you will not be helped.(54) And follow the best that has been revealed to you from your Lord before chastisement comes to you all of a sudden, while you perceive not,(55) Lest a soul should say: O to my sorrow, that I fell short of my duty to Allah! and surely I was of those who laughed to scorn;(56) Or it should say: Had Allah guided me, I should have been dutiful.(57) Or it should say, when it sees the chastisement: Had I another chance I should be a doer of good.(58) Aye! My messages came to you, but you did reject them, and were proud and were of the disbelievers.(59) And on the day of Resurrection you will see those who lied against Allah, their faces will be blackened. Is there not in hell an abode for the proud?(60)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Zumar] 39:53-60
Perhaps those who say against Allah what they do not know want to give fatwa that this call does not include lucifer and satans of jinn and mankind, then we reply to him by the Truth and say: Have you made gods besides Allah glory be to Him? Don’t you know that if you exclude them from the call you would deny that they are from Allah’s servants and as if they are gods with Allah, glory be to Him! In fact they are servants of Allah and the call includes them because they are from the servants of Allah glory be to him. And Allah the Most High said: {There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes to the All Merciful as a servant.(93) Certainly He comprehends them, and has numbered them all.(94)}Truthful Allah the Great [Maryam] 19:93-94
And of Allah’s servants are lucifer and satans of jinn and mankind, for that the caller from Allah includes them — to whom desired Allah’s mercy and did not despair from Allah’s mercy that He will never forgive him, and for that Allah the Most High said: {Say: O My servants who have transgressed against themselves, despair not of the mercy of Allah; surely Allah forgives sins altogether. He is indeed the Forgiving, the Merciful.(53) And turn to your Lord and submit to Him before chastisement comes to you, then you will not be helped.(54) And follow the best that has been revealed to you from your Lord before chastisement comes to you all of a sudden, while you perceive not,(55) Lest a soul should say: O to my sorrow, that I fell short of my duty to Allah! and surely I was of those who laughed to scorn;(56) Or it should say: Had Allah guided me, I should have been dutiful.(57) Or it should say, when it sees the chastisement: Had I another chance I should be a doer of good.(58) Aye! Or do you want me to make them despair from Allah’s mercy? But you would never avail a thing of Allah from me; in fact I call all servants of Allah including satans of jinn and mankind to not despair from Allah’s mercy, and I give them fatwa by the Truth that whoever turn to Allah in repentance surely he would find Allah’s mercy encompassed all things even lucifer if he turns to Allah in repentance surely would have encompassed him the mercy of Allah Who encompassed all things with mercy and knowledge glory be to Him the Most High above what they associate (with Him) a great high (beyond measure), and the call of the Imam Mahdi to the mercy and the repentance and the turning close and following the Truth from their Lord includes all servants of Allah from jinn and mankind and from every race, so how I do not hope for them the guidance and indeed I wished if that Allah guides all His servants of jinn and mankind and of every race, but satan’s problem is they despair from Allah’s mercy surely they thought that Allah would never forgive them ever no matter how they turned close, and for that they are named with those in despair from Allah’s mercy so they wronged themselves, but the Imam Mahdi gives them fatwa in the Truth that the reason of wronging to themselves is the despair from Allah’s mercy and if they recognize this surely they would have turned in repentance to their Lord, then they find Allah’s mercy encompasses all things. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {..Our Lord, You encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so protect those who turn (to You) and follow You way, and save them from the chastisement of hell.}Truthful Allah the Great [Ghafr] 40:7
O community of satans ponder over the True word from your Lord, then you find that (nothing) is between you and Allah’s mercy except that you repent then follow the True path (of righteousness), Or have you not know the True word: {..Our Lord, You encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge,}? Isn’t the satans a thing from all things of Allah’s creation? Then look at the word of the Truth: {..Our Lord, You embraced all things in mercy and knowledge, so protect those who turn (to You) and follow You way, and save them from the chastisement of hell.}Truthful Allah the Great [Ghafr] 40:7
Therefore there is nothing between you and Allah’s mercy except the repentance to Allah and following the (righteous) path of the Truth to your Lord then Allah forgives your sins — O servants of Allah — whatever it was and whatever it is. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Say: O My servants who have transgressed against themselves, despair not of the mercy of Allah; surely Allah forgives sins altogether. الردّ المختصر من محكم الذِّكر ..
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، وسلامٌ على المُرسلين والحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين..
أخي الكريم، سلامُ الله عليكم ورحمته وبركاته، وكان سؤالك هو اقتباس من بيان الإمام ناصر محمد اليماني بما يلي باللون الأحمر:

والسؤال الذي يطرح نفسه: فإلى أيِّ فصيلةٍ ينتمي الشيطان إبليس؟ والجواب تجدونه في محكم الكتاب في قول الله تعالى: {وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لآِدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلاَّ إِبْلِيسَ كَانَ مِنَ الْجِنِّ} صدق الله العظيم [الكهف:50].
إذًا إبليس من عباد الله، فما خلقه الله إلا ليعبد الله وحده لا شريك له ومثله كمثل عباد الله من الجنّ، ومن ثم نادى الله في مُحكم كتابه إلى كافة عبيده من الجنّ والإنس ومن كُلّ جنس جميع الذين أسرفوا على أنفسهم مهما كان إسرافهم بما فيهم الشياطين لأنهم كذلك من عباد الله وليس أنّهم آلهة من دونه سبحانه؛ بل كذلك من عباد الله ويشملهم النداء إلى رحمة الله إذا تابوا وأنابوا ولم ييأسوا من رحمة الله فسوف يجدون لهم ربًّا غفورًا رحيمًا يغفر الذنوب جميعًا مهما كانت ومهما كثرت، ولم يقل الله تعالى يا معشر الجنّ الذين أسرفوا على أنفسهم، ولم يقل يا معشر الإنس؛ بل لم يحدد الجنس؛ بل جعل الله النداء يشمل كافة عباد الله من الجنّ والإنس ومن كُل جنسٍ بما فيهم إبليس الشيطان الرجيم كونه من عباد الله، وقال الله تعالى: {قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّـهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ ﴿٥٣﴾ وَأَنِيبُوا إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ وَأَسْلِمُوا لَهُ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ ثُمَّ لَا تُنصَرُونَ ﴿٥٤﴾ وَاتَّبِعُوا أَحْسَنَ مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ بَغْتَةً وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ ﴿٥٥﴾ أَن تَقُولَ نَفْسٌ يَا حَسْرَتَىٰ عَلَىٰ مَا فَرَّطتُ فِي جَنبِ اللَّـهِ وَإِن كُنتُ لَمِنَ السَّاخِرِينَ ﴿٥٦﴾أَوْ تَقُولَ لَوْ أَنَّ اللَّـهَ هَدَانِي لَكُنتُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿٥٧﴾ أَوْ تَقُولَ حِينَ تَرَى الْعَذَابَ لَوْ أَنَّ لِي كَرَّةً فَأَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ ﴿٥٨﴾ بَلَىٰ قَدْ جَاءَتْكَ آيَاتِي فَكَذَّبْتَ بِهَا وَاسْتَكْبَرْتَ وَكُنتَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٥٩﴾ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ تَرَى الَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا عَلَى اللَّـهِ وُجُوهُهُم مُّسْوَدَّةٌ ۚ أَلَيْسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِّلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ ﴿٦٠﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الزمر].
ولربّما الذين يقولون على الله ما لا يعلمون يريدون أن يفتوا أنّ هذا النداء لا يشمل إبليس وشياطين الجنّ والإنس، ومن ثم نردُّ عليه بالحقّ ونقول: فهل جعلتهم آلهة من دون الله سُبحانه؟ أفلا تعلم لو أنّك تخرجهم عن النداء أنك ستنفيهم أن يكونوا من عباد الله وكأنّهم آلهة مع الله، سبحانه! بل هم من عباد الله ويشملهم النداء لأنّهم من عباد الله سُبحانه. وقال الله تعالى: {إِن كُلُّ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِلَّا آتِي الرَّحْمَـٰنِ عَبْدًا ﴿٩٣﴾ لَّقَدْ أَحْصَاهُمْ وَعَدَّهُمْ عَدًّا ﴿٩٤﴾} صدق الله العظيم [مريم].
ومن عباد الله إبليس وشياطين الجنّ والإنس، ولذلك فهو يشملهم الدّاعي من الله لمن أراد رحمته ولم يستيئس من رحمة الله أنّه لن يغفر له، ولذلك قال الله تعالى: {قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّـهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ ﴿٥٣﴾ وَأَنِيبُوا إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ وَأَسْلِمُوا لَهُ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ ثُمَّ لَا تُنصَرُونَ ﴿٥٤﴾ وَاتَّبِعُوا أَحْسَنَ مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ بَغْتَةً وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ ﴿٥٥﴾ أَن تَقُولَ نَفْسٌ يَا حَسْرَتَىٰ عَلَىٰ مَا فَرَّطتُ فِي جَنبِ اللَّـهِ وَإِن كُنتُ لَمِنَ السَّاخِرِينَ ﴿٥٦﴾أَوْ تَقُولَ لَوْ أَنَّ اللَّـهَ هَدَانِي لَكُنتُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿٥٧﴾ أَوْ تَقُولَ حِينَ تَرَى الْعَذَابَ لَوْ أَنَّ لِي كَرَّةً فَأَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ ﴿٥٨﴾ بَلَىٰ قَدْ جَاءَتْكَ آيَاتِي فَكَذَّبْتَ بِهَا وَاسْتَكْبَرْتَ وَكُنتَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٥٩﴾ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ تَرَى الَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا عَلَى اللَّـهِ وُجُوهُهُم مُّسْوَدَّةٌ ۚ أَلَيْسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِّلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ ﴿٦٠﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الزمر].
أم تريدني أن أجعلهم يستيئسون من رحمة الله؟ ولكنّك لن تغني عني من الله شيئاً؛ بل أدعو عباد الله جميعاً بما فيهم شياطين الجنّ والإنس أن لا يقنطوا من رحمة الله، وأفتيهم بالحقّ أنّ من تاب إلى الله متاباً ليجد أن رحمة الله وسعت كُل شيء حتى إبليس لو يتوب إلى الله متاباً لوسعته رحمة الله الذي وسع كل شيءٍ رحمةً وعلماً سُبحانه عمَّا يشركون وتعالى علوّاً كبيراً، ودعوة الإمام المهديّ إلى الرحمة والتوبة والإنابة واتِّباع الحقّ من ربهم تشمل كافة عبيد الله من الجنّ والإنس ومن كُل جنسٍ، فكيف لا أرجو لهم الهدى وتمنيت لو أنّ الله يهدي كافة عباده من الجنّ والإنس ومن كُل جنسٍ، ولكن مُشكلة الشياطين هي اليأس من رحمة الله فظنّوا أنّ الله لن يغفر لهم أبداً مهما تابوا ومهما أنابوا ولذلك يسموا بالمُبلسين من رحمة الله فظلموا أنفسهم، ولكن الإمام المهديّ يفتيهم بالحقّ أنّ سبب ظلمهم لأنفسهم هو اليأس من رحمة الله لو يدركون هذا لتابوا وأنابوا إلى ربهم ثم يجدون رحمة الله وسعت كُل شيء. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {رَبَّنَا وَسِعْتَ كُـلَّ شَيْءٍ رَحْمَةً وَعِلْماً فَاغْفِرْ لِلَّذِينَ تَابُواْ وَاتَّبَعُواْ سَبِيلَكَ وَقِهِمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ} صدق الله العظيم [غافر:7].
فتدبروا يا معشر الشياطين القول الحقّ من ربكم، ومن ثمّ لا تجدون أنّ بينكم وبين رحمة الله إلا أن تتوبوا فتتّبعوا سبيل الحقّ، أم إنّكم لا تعلمون القول الحقّ: {رَبَّنَا وَسِعْتَ كُـلَّ شَيْءٍ رَحْمَةً وَعِلْماً}؟ أليست الشياطين شيئًا من كُلّ شيء من خلق الله؟ ثم انظروا للقول الحقّ: {فَاغْفِرْ لِلَّذِينَ تَابُواْ وَاتَّبَعُواْ سَبِيلَكَ وَقِهِمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ} صدق الله العظيم [غافر:7].
إذًا ليس بينكم وبين رحمة الله إلا التوبة إلى الله واتباع سبيل الحقّ إلى ربكم ثم يغفر الله ذنوبكم يا عباد الله مهما كانت ومهما تكون. تصديقًا لقول الله تعالى: {قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّـهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ ﴿٥٣﴾ وَأَنِيبُوا إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ وَأَسْلِمُوا لَهُ مِن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ ثُمَّ لَا تُنصَرُونَ ﴿٥٤﴾ وَاتَّبِعُوا أَحْسَنَ مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ بَغْتَةً وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ ﴿٥٥﴾ أَن تَقُولَ نَفْسٌ يَا حَسْرَتَىٰ عَلَىٰ مَا فَرَّطتُ فِي جَنبِ اللَّـهِ وَإِن كُنتُ لَمِنَ السَّاخِرِينَ ﴿٥٦﴾أَوْ تَقُولَ لَوْ أَنَّ اللَّـهَ هَدَانِي لَكُنتُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿٥٧﴾ أَوْ تَقُولَ حِينَ تَرَى الْعَذَابَ لَوْ أَنَّ لِي كَرَّةً فَأَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ ﴿٥٨﴾ بَلَىٰ قَدْ جَاءَتْكَ آيَاتِي فَكَذَّبْتَ بِهَا وَاسْتَكْبَرْتَ وَكُنتَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿٥٩﴾ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ تَرَى الَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا عَلَى اللَّـهِ وُجُوهُهُم مُّسْوَدَّةٌ ۚ أَلَيْسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِّلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ ﴿٦٠﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الزمر].
