The True fatwa for whom been compelled on prostration on Al-Husain's soil..


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds..

Indeed there is no blame for your sister, my beloved in Allah (Al-Ta’iab) that she prostrating herself hatefully on the soil of Al-Husain and her heart rest at ease that she is prostrating on a soil of the earth for Allah Alone with no partner for Him, and Allah accepts her worship. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Those who believe not in Allah’s messages, Allah guides them not, and for them is a painful chastisement.(104) Only they forge lies who believe not in Allah’s messages, and they are the liars.(105) Whoso disbelieves in Allah after his belief — not he who is compelled while his heart is content with faith, but he who opens (his) chest for disbelief — on them is the wrath of Allah, and for them is a grievous chastisement.(106)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nahl] 16:104-106
{إِنَّ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ لَا يَهْدِيهِمُ اللَّهُ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ (104) إِنَّمَا يَفْتَرِي الْكَذِبَ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَاذِبُونَ (105) مَن كَفَرَ بِاللَّهِ مِن بَعْدِ إِيمَانِهِ إِلَّا مَنْ أُكْرِهَ وَقَلْبُهُ مُطْمَئِنٌّ بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَٰكِن مَّن شَرَحَ بِالْكُفْرِ صَدْرًا فَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ (106)} صدق الله العظيم [النحل].

So say to your sister; when her husband is being present to put the clay on the (praying) rug and her heart is at ease that she prostrating to Allah Alone and she consider that is merely soil made from the soil of earth to the fact it is originally not the soil of Al-Husain; in fact soil from Karbala, Iraq. that is in order he does not separate between her and her children with the divorce. And this fatwa as mercy for her children, and if she was not bore babies from him we would have said leave him and his association (with Allah).

Anyway, there is no blame against you — O servant of Allah and neither reprimanding nor sin, the fact is the deeds are by the intentions and for each person what he intended, so your intention is the prostration for the Lord on soil made from the earth’s soil, and your prostration is for Allah Alone with no partner for Him. Didn’t Allah authorize to the believers to utter with disbelief in Allah in case of compulsion to protect themselves from criminal people? Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Whoso disbelieves in Allah after his belief — not he who is compelled while his heart is content with faith, but he who opens (his) chest for disbelief — on them is the wrath of Allah, and for them is a grievous chastisement.(106)}Truthful Allah the Great
{مَن كَفَرَ بِاللَّهِ مِن بَعْدِ إِيمَانِهِ إِلَّا مَنْ أُكْرِهَ وَقَلْبُهُ مُطْمَئِنٌّ بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَٰكِن مَّن شَرَحَ بِالْكُفْرِ صَدْرًا فَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ (106)} صدق الله العظيم.

O my beloveds in Allah’s love, we only mean with the fatwa of who associate with Allah whom they prostrate on the soil of Al-Hosain with their acceptance while their hearts at ease with their association and they think that they are guided, and Allah had not command them with that nor His messenger - prayers of forgiveness and peace of Allah be upon him and his family; in fact from themselves they exaggerated in my father the Imam Al-Hosain unjustly/without right -prayers of forgiveness and peace of Allah be upon him and his family- so they lead themselves astray and lead their nation astray, so do not call on anyone with Allah and call on Allah directly absolutely-sincere for Him the religion (Allah) does respond to you, and His promise is the Truth and He is the Most Merciful than all who have mercy, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds..

الفتوى الحقّ لمن أُكرِه على السجود على تربة الحسين ..

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، وسلامٌ على المرسلين، والحمد لله ربّ العالمين..
فلا حرجَ على أختك حبيبي في الله التائب أن تسجد كرهاً على تراب الحسين وقلبها مطمئنٌ أنّها تسجد على تراب من الأرض لله وحده لا شريك له، ويتقبّل الله عبادتها. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ لَا يَهْدِيهِمُ اللَّهُ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ (104) إِنَّمَا يَفْتَرِي الْكَذِبَ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَاذِبُونَ (105) مَن كَفَرَ بِاللَّهِ مِن بَعْدِ إِيمَانِهِ إِلَّا مَنْ أُكْرِهَ وَقَلْبُهُ مُطْمَئِنٌّ بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَٰكِن مَّن شَرَحَ بِالْكُفْرِ صَدْرًا فَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ (106)} صدق الله العظيم [النحل].

فقل لأختك حين يكون زوجها حاضر أن تضع الحجر الترابي على السجاد وقلبها مطمئنٌ أنّها تسجد لله وحده، وتعتبر ذلك مجرد تراب مصنوع من تراب الأرض كونه أصلاً ليس تراب الحسين؛ بل تراب من كربلاء العراق، وذلك حتى لا يُفرّق بينها وبين أولادها بالطلاق، وهذه الفتوى رحمة بأولادها، ولو كانت لم تنجب منه أطفال لقلنا اتركيه وشركه.

وعلى كل حالٍ فلا حرجَ عليك يا أمّة الله ولا تثريب ولا إثم كون الأعمال بالنيات ولكل امْرِئٍ ما نوى، فنيّتك السجود للربّ على ترابٍ مصنوعٍ من تراب الأرض، وسجودك هو لله وحده لا شريك له. ألم يأذن الله للمؤمنين أن ينطقوا بالكفر بالله في حالة الإكراه ليقوا أنفسهم بأس قومٍ مجرمين؟ تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {مَن كَفَرَ بِاللَّهِ مِن بَعْدِ إِيمَانِهِ إِلَّا مَنْ أُكْرِهَ وَقَلْبُهُ مُطْمَئِنٌّ بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَٰكِن مَّن شَرَحَ بِالْكُفْرِ صَدْرًا فَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ (106)} صدق الله العظيم.

ويا أحبتي في الله، إنما نقصد بفتوى المشركين بالله الذين يسجدون على تراب الحسين برضاهم وقلوبهم مطمئنةٌ بشركهم ويحسبون أنّهم مهتدون، ولا نقصد من أُكره على السجود على تراب أبتي الإمام الحسين عليه الصلاة والسلام؛ وهو سوف يتبرَّأ يوم القيامة ممن يسجدون على تراب الحسين، وما أمرهم بذلك الله ولا رسوله صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلم؛ بل من عند أنفسهم بالغوا في أبتي الإمام الحسين بغير الحقّ -صلى الله عليه وآله وأسلم تسليماً- فأضلّوا أنفسهم وأضلّوا أمّتهم، فلا تدعوا مع الله أحداً وادعوا الله مباشرةً مخلصين له الدين يستجب لكم، ووعده الحقّ وهو أرحم الراحمين.

وسلامٌ على المرسلين، والحمد لله ربّ العالمين..
